Pepper Chili Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped tomatoes 1 Gallon
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped red peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Grated nutmeg To Taste
  Vinegar 1 Quart
  Salt 5 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel tomatos & onions before chopping.
Chop all vegetables fine.
Combine all ingredients (except vinegar), mix well, and boil for 2 hours or until soft and broken.
Add vinegar & simmer for one hour.
Stir often.
Process jars for 15 minutes.
