Mace Sauce

Mace sauce is a twist to the regular white sauce. This version of white sauce consists of mace in it, making it fit to be served with sweet dishes like apple fritters. It is very easy, simple to make mace sauce. Enjoy the sauce with fritters.
Ingredients
  Apple juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Grains To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, add sugar, cornstarch, salt and mace.
2)Slowly add apple juice and stirring until blended.
3)Cook until thickened. Stir constantly.
4)Add lemon juice and butter. Stir until melted.

SERVING
5)Serve mace sauce with apple fritters.
