Campbell's Mock Hollandaise

Ingredients
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Campbell'S Brand)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2 , slightly beaten
Directions

MAKING
1. In a heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients.
2. Whisk lightly with a wire whisk or a beat with a wooden spoon until well blended.
3. Place the pan on a low flame and cook without boiling, stirring constantly, until thick and heated.

SERVING
4. Serve the sauce warm, over cooked vegetables or poached fish.
