Sauce Scandia

Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1 Pinch
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh dill 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a screw top jar, mix together all the ingredients.
2. Shake well.
3.Let stand for a couple of hours before using sauce.
4. More sugar can be added if desired.

SERVING
5. Serve with seafood.
