Chicken In Sauce

Ingredients
  Chicken pieces 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, diced
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Ketchup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) (Put On A Toothpick, So It Can Later Be Removed)
Directions

Brown chicken pieces and diced onion under broiler or in skillet.
Drain fat and place chicken and onion in roasting pan.
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over chicken.
Roast, covered, in 325°F oven for 1 1/4 hours or till done.
Remove chicken to platter and serve sauce as gravy.
