Classic Horseradish Sauce With Half And Half

Ingredients
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small saucepan combine horseradish, flour and seasonings. .
2. Add half and half and stir thoroughly until well blended.
3. place pan on low heat and simmer, stirring, until thickened.

SERVING
4. Serve the sauce warm as an accompaniment to grilled fish or beef.
