Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  White sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 5 , well beaten
  White vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Mix together.
Cook in double boiler until thick.
Add 3 ounces margarine and turmeric to color.
Serve hot over ham.
Very good cold.
Stores well in refrigerator for months.
