Mushroom Garlic Cream Tartlets

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh mushrooms 8 Ounce, finely chopped (1 Package)
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Refrigerated crescent dinner rolls 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 350°F.

MAKING
2) In 10-inch skillet add butter and melt over medium heat.
3) Add mushrooms, flour, onion and garlic. Stir together.
4) Cook and stir for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
5) Mix whipping cream and cheese.
6) Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes until liquid dries.
7) Roll out dough into 2 long rectangles.
8) Press the tears firmly to seal.
9) Make 12 squares out of each rectangle.
10) Put 1 square on each of 24 ungreased mini muffin cups.
11) Press firmly at the bottom and up sides, keeping space at the corners of dough extended over edges of cups.
12) Fill 1 heaped teaspoon mushroom mixture at the center of each cup.
13) Bake for 9 to 12 minutes.

SERVING
14) Sprinkle parsley over it.
15) Let stand in pan to cool 5 minutes.
16) Remove tartlets from muffin cups
17) Serve warm.
18) Reserve remaining in refrigerator.
