Fried Cauliflower With Cheese Sauce
|Cooking oil||200 Milliliter|
|Bread crumbs/Cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Chicken broth||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Aromatic bitters||1 Dash|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan||2 Tablespoon|
1)In a saucepan, cook cauliflower in salted water until tender. Drain.
2)In a deep fryer, heat oil to 400 degrees.
3)Dip each floweret into eggs, then into crumbs and fry until brown and crisp.
4)In a saucepan, heat butter and add flour. Stir for 30 seconds
5)Add broth, milk and bitters. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
6)Add whipped cream and sprinkle cheese. Cover the pan. Turn off heat, let cheese melt.
7)In a serving dish, put cauliflower and pour the sauce on it. Serve hot.
