Quick and Easy Cheese Sauce
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||2 Ounce|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
|Hot sauce||1 Dash|
1) Heat the milk to just below boiling point in a small saucepan.
2) Take the pan off the heat.
3) Add all the remaining ingredients and stir well.
4) Over low heat, cook the mixture, constantly stirring, till the cheese has melted.
5) Serve as preferred.
