Hot And Spicy Meat Sauce

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil/Plus 1 teaspoon 1 Tablespoon
  Diced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked ground beef 1 Pound, crumbled
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomato puree 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 2 Medium, pureed
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Tablespoon
To garnish
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a 4-quart saucepan, heat the oil.
2 Add, onions and garlic and saute until onions are translucent.
3 Add celery and saute for another 1 minute.
4 Add the remining ingredients except the garnish.
5 Simmer for about 2 hours, until thick.
6 Remove the bay leaves and discard.

SERVING
7 Sprininkle with parsley and serve.
