Red wine Sauce
|Minced green onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Juice from pot and water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a saucepan, heat butter.
2) To this, add green onions and parsley.
3) Once the butter separates, stir in flour.
4) Gradually add juice from pot and water.
5) Simmer the sauce for a while, until it thickens slightly.
6) To this, add 1/2 cup of red wine, salt and pepper to taste.
7) Use as required.
