Spicy Chicken In Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  All-purpose flour 1 Teaspoon
  Enriched all purpose flour 5 Tablespoon (1/3 Cup Less 1 Teaspoon)
  Tarragon leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken parts 3 Pound, skinned
  Chicken 3 Pound
  Vegetable oil 1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  White wine 4 Fluid Ounce
  Chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350°Fahrenheit.

MAKING
2 In a plastic bag, mix flour, tarragon, salt, paprika, and ginger.
3 Add the chicken pieces, a few at a time, and shake to coat;use all the flour mixture.
4 In 10-inch skillet, add oil and heat.
5 Add chicken and cook until brown on all sides.
6 Transfer chicken to a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
7 In the same skillet, add onions and garlic and saute until translucent.
8 Stir in the wine and broth.
9 Bring to a boil and pour over chicken.
10 Bake the chicken basting occasionally with pan juices for abut 1 hour or until tender.

SERVING
11 Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
