Fusilli With Tuna In A Herb Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed

  Anchovy fillets, 6 , chopped

  Red wine 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz), undrained
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz) (Undrained)
  Tuna 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Fusilli/Rotini 1 Pound
  Fresh basil/1/2 teaspoon dried basil 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Basil 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Directions

MAKING
1) Cook the pasta al dente, drain and set aside.
2) In a skillet, heat oil and saute garlic for a minute on medium flame. Add in anchovies and cook till they become a paste-like consistency.
3) Add in wine, tomatoes, tuna. Cook for about 20 minutes mashing the tomatoes into a puree with the spatula.
4) Add in basil, parsley, oregano, thyme, pepper and butter.

SERVING
5) To serve the pasta, toss it with the sauce until combined completely.
