Nelle's Meat Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground meat 3 Pound
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Onion 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Italian seasonings 1 Pinch
  Tomato paste 12 Ounce (2 Can)
  Canned tomato paste 12 Ounce (2 Cans)
  Tomato soup 2 Can (20 oz)
  Tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans)
  Beef consomme 2 Can (20 oz)
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced (2 Can)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 8 Ounce (2 Cans)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a Dutch oven, heat olive oil.
2) In hot oil, brown the meat well.
3) Gradually add all the remaining ingredients, stirring constantly.
4) Allow the sauce to slow cook till the desired consistency. You may add additional seasonings for a highly seasoned sauce.

SERVING
5) Freeze and use as required.
