Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 Pound (2 Cups)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a blender jar,add all the ingredients.
2) Blend till a creamy mixture form by adjusting the milk quantity to result in the desired consistency.

SERVING
3) Serve the sauce with pasta or any vegetables of your choice.
