Rich Orange Sauce
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Boiling water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
1. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon, gradually add water, bring to a boil over medium heat and cook stirring for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and add oil, orange and lemon juices and the rind.
3. Use with desserts or as needed.
