Dominican Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Mango nectar/Pureed mango 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tamarind nectar/Pureed tangerine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice/Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , finely grated
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, combine together all the ingredients over moderate heat. Stir well.
2) Bring the mixture to a boil.
3) Reduce the heat and simmer gently for about 10 minutes, frequently stirring.

SERVING
4) Serve or use as preferred.
