Thyme Mustard Sauce
|Light cream/Heavy cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thyme leaves||3 Tablespoon|
|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1) In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
2) When it is time to serve, simple warm the mixture in a microwave till it starts to simmer. Alternatively, place it in the top of a double boiler. Bring to a low boil.
3) Serve or use as preferred.
