Diary Free White Sauce
|Milk free margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken bouillon||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|White pepper||To Taste|
1) In a saucepan melt margarine.
2) Stir in flour and blend well.
3) Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups bouillon and stir constantly.
4) Sprinkle salt and pepper on it.
5) As the mixture boils, blend 2 tablespoons of hot sauce with egg yolk.
6) Add this mixture to the sauce. Stir constantly.
7) Stir in more bouillon to thin as desired.
8) Serve hot.
