Cantaloupe With Blueberry-Wine Sauce
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon||3 (Thin Slices)|
|Port wine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Scoop)|
|Peeled cantaloupe rings||5|
1) In a saucepan, mix together sugar, cornstarch, lemon, and wine.
2) Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, till clear.
3) Remove the lemon and add in the blueberries.
5) Add the ice cream into the cantaloupe rings.
6) Top with blueberry sauce and serve.
