Cantaloupe With Blueberry-Wine Sauce

Racking your brains for a dessert for a crowd? This Cantaloupe With Blueberry-wine Sauce recipe is a quick and simple lifesaver. It is an ideal dessert and you don't have to be an expert to get this done! A hit among my guests...i'm sure you wont be let down either!
Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 3 (Thin Slices)
  Port wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Scoop)
  Peeled cantaloupe rings 5
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix together sugar, cornstarch, lemon, and wine.
2) Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, till clear.
3) Remove the lemon and add in the blueberries.
4) Refrigerate.

SERVING
5) Add the ice cream into the cantaloupe rings.
6) Top with blueberry sauce and serve.
