Ingredients
  Olive oil 3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)
  Dry white wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a serving bowl, mix olive oil, wine, garlic cloves and salt.

SERVING
2) Serve the basting sauce alongside grilled meat or vegetables.
