Dairy Free Chicken Sauce

Ingredients
  Milk free margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken bouillon 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg yolk/Substitute 1
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan melt margarine.
2) Add flour and mix well.
3) Gently pour in 1 1/2 cups bouillon.
4) Sprinkle salt and pepper and stir constantly.
5) Boil the mixture and blend 2 tablespoons of hot sauce with egg yolk.
6) Fold in egg mixture to hot sauce. Stir constantly until well blended.
7) Pour sherry and cook on low heat. Stir constantly for about 10 minutes.
8) Add more sherry or bouillon as desired.

SERVING
9) Serve hot.
