Apricot Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Firmly Packed)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Canned apricot nectar 12 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a 4-cup measure, mix brown sugar and corn starch.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Cook for 4 minutes until the mixture becomes translucent; stir twice.

SERVING
4. Serve with braised ham.
