|Cherry brandy/1 teaspoon vanilla extract plus 1/2 teaspoon cherry extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Melted vanilla ice milk/Low fat ice cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cooled|
1. In a small bowl, add the ice milk or ice-cream.
2. Stir brandy into it.
3. Chill until required.
4. Serve the sauce over desserts like puddings, mousse, cakes etc. as a healthy alternative to cream and custard sauces.
