Pork Chops With Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  Pork chops/Pieces of pork 2
  Onions 2 Medium
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon (Brown/White)
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (For Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1. Season the flour and toss the meat in it
2. In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the meat till golden brown; remove from the pan
3. Add sliced onions and garlic to the pan and cook till soft
4. Add the meat back to the pan along with orange juice, vinegar and sugar; cover and simmer for half an hour

SERVING
5. Serve with boiled potatoes, green vegetables and orange slices
