Easy Microwaved White Sauce
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a medium microwave proof bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for 1 minute.
2) Stir in the flour and salt and blend into the butter to make a paste.
3) Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
4) Place in the microwave and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring after every 1 minute, until sauce is thick and bubbly.
5) Use sauce to coat vegetables, in stews, soups and other sauces as required.
