Sauce Dish Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 6 Medium, quartered
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the tomatoes, as desired.

MAKING
2) In a large saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
3) Add tomatoes and sprinkle sugar and salt over them. Cover the pan.
4) Cook them over low heat for 5-10 minutes or until skin starts to blister.

SERVING
5) Serve the tomatoes in your choice of sauce.
