Parsley Sauce

This excellent recipe combines ingredients of popular choice and provides a quick and easy way to make it on your own.
Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat butter over low heat.
2) Mix in the flour, salt and pepper, and stir till well blended and bubbly.
3) Turn off the heat.
4) Slowly stir in the milk and return to heat.
5) Cook, stirring constantly, till thick and smooth.
6) Add in the parsley.

SERVING
7) Serve over pasta.
