Lover's Cumberland Sauce

Ingredients
  Red currant jelly 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Stir Over Low Heat Until Melted:)
  Port wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange rind 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon rind 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon, mix first with a little water
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Simmer together for 5 minutes.
Leave 3—4 days before using.
Serve chilled.
