Jiffy Chocolate Sauce
|Light cream/Table cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Semisweet chocolate pieces||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a small saucepan, heat the cream and water till the mixture has just started to boil.
2) In the container of an electric blender, put the semisweet chocolate pieces and pour the cream-water mixture all over. Cover.
3) Beat the ingredients at high speed for about 1 minute or till the mixture is smooth.
4) Serve warm.
