Maitre D'Hotel Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In small skillet, , melt butter, stirring, over low heat.
2) Remove pan from heat.
3) Then stir in the remaining ingredients.

SERVING
4) Serve the butter sauce hot or cold with London broil, lamb chops, steaks.
