Low-Fat Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter flavored salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix the yoghurt, mustard, parsely and salt together
2) Stir frequently over a low heat until heated.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
