Bordelaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Beef broth/Beef bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dried tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Brown sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a 4-cup measure, melt butter with onion for 1 minute on High.
2. Stir in flour.
3. Cook on High for 1 minute; stir once.
4. Pour in broth or bouillon, wine, lemon juice, tarragon and parsley.
5. Cook on High for 3 minutes; stir once every minute.
6. Add brown sauce.

SERVING
7. Serve with broiled steak or roast beef.
