Pizza Sauce

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green pepper 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Canned tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato paste 6 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet basil 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, add onion, celery and pepper in hot vegetable oil to sauté until tender and translucent.
2) Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings.
3) Reduce heat to low and cook on stove top for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
4) Use the sauce to prepare pizza or sandwich.
