Thick White Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste, freshly ground
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add butter to melt down.
2) Sprinkle flour to combine properly.
3) Pour in milk, onion, parsley, salt and pepper and stir in until sauce turns thick.
4) Add lemon juice to stir.

SERVING
5) Use the white sauce to prepare croquettes.
