Ice Cream And Caramel Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Soft brown sugar 4 Ounce
  Single cream 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Seedless raisins 1 1⁄2 Ounce, soaked in water
  Ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Scoops)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan mix sugar and cream.
2) Add butter and stir over low heat till sugar dissolves.
3) Boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes till mixture turns into caramel color.
4) Take off pan from heat, stir in raisins and cool.

SERVING
5) Spoon mixture into individual serving glasses.
6) Pour over the sauce.
7) Serve with wafers.
