Quick Butterscotch Sauce
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a measuring cup, measure sugar, butter, and cream.
2) Cook on the highest setting for 1 minute, then on roast setting for 30 seconds, and then on defrost setting for another 20 seconds.
3) Stir well the mixture and add in vanilla.
4) Serve as required.
