Tuna Steaks In Caper Sauce

Ingredients
  Low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low fat sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Capers 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped capers 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Watercress 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped watercress 1 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Tuna steaks 2 Pound (4 Pieces, 1/2 Pound Each)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Season the plank
2. Preheat the plank to 350 degrees

MAKING
3. In a mixing bowl, tip in the yoghurt, the capers, lemon juice, parsley, onion, lemon rind and pepper
4. Mix well
5. Cover and set aside at room temperature till required
6. Place the seasoned tuna in the preheated oval of the wooden plank
7. Lightly brush with olive oil
8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or till done

SERVING
9. Serve the fish hot with a generous serving of the sauce on the side or on top of the fish.
