|Pear halves||6 , drained, reserve syrup|
|8 inch pancakes||4|
|Cottage cheese||8 Tablespoon|
|Spicy marmalade sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine strawberries and jelly.
Stir over low heat .10 minutes.
Drain pear halves, reserving syrup.
Prepare pancake mix according to directions on package label.
Make four 8-inch pancakes.
Stack pancakes, filling with cottage cheese mixed with nuts.
Arrange pear quarters, fan shape, on top of stack.
Cut in wedges and serve with spicy marmalade sauce.
