|Sugar||4 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|White vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green ginger||1⁄4 Inch, crushed|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce||1 Teaspoon|
1. In a saucepan place all ingredients except cornflour and heat gently, stirring such that boiling.
2. In a cup mix cornflour to a paste with a little water and add to the pan.
3. Cook with frequent stirring, for 2 minutes and serve as desired.
