  Fresh lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rice vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste, freshly ground
  Chopped fresh cilantro leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh cilantro leaves 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Fresh chives 1 Teaspoon, finely snipped
  Finely snipped chives 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

SERVING
2. Serve immediately within 2 to 3 hours or even less.
