|White bread slice||1⁄2 Large|
|Warm milk||2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|

1. In a bowl soak bread milk and squeeze dry.
2. In the empty bowl, using a wooden spoon, beat to a smooth cream with garlic and egg yolks.
3. Beat thoroughly all the time adding salt and half the oil, drop by drop.
4. Once the sauce thickens add rest of oil in a thin, steady stream, still beating well.
