Processor Hard Sauce

Ingredients
  Soft butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided in 4 pieces
  Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a food processor bowl fitted with a knife blade, add the butter, confectioners' sugar, brandy and cinnamon, then process for 30 seconds, until smooth.
2) Stir down the mixture and process for another 15 seconds.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
