Chocolate Rum Sauce
|Semisweet chocolate||4 Ounce|
|Heavy cream/Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsalted butter||1 Tablespoon|
1. Cut chocolate into small pieces.
2.Take a small saucepan, ad d the cream and sugar. Place over medium heat.
3.Just as the mixture begins to boil, remove from heat and add in the chocolate, rum and butter. Stir well to blend all ingredients until smooth.
4.Make sure that the chocolate has melted.
5.Let cool. Now, stir or whisk for a minute.
6.Best served warm.
7.Can be made ahead and heated in a water bath prior to serving.
