Heavy Cream Chocolate Sauce
|Semisweet chocolate pieces||6 Ounce|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
1) In a measuring cup place all the ingredients and cook for one minute on the highest setting.
2) Stir the mixture and cook further for a minute on simmer setting.
3) Blend the mixture with a whisk wire to make a smooth paste.
4) Serve as desired.
