|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|White breadcrumbs||90 Gram|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
1) Peel onion and keep aside.
2) Stick cloves into the onion.
3) In a pan put onion, bay leaf, and milk. Bring to boil.
4) Take off the pan from heat, cover, and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
5) Mix breadcrumbs and the butter.
6) Cook the sauce, uncovered, over lowest heat for 15 minutes.
7) Take out the onion and bay leaf.
8) Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
9) Serve with chicken or turkey.
