Beef In Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  Beef 1 Kilogram (Rump)
  Onions 200 Gram
  Garlic 3
  Lemon grass stalk 1
  Red chili 30 Gram
  Assam java 20 Gram
  Turmeric 5 Gram
  Brown sugar 20 Gram
  Oil 30 Gram
  Beef stock 1⁄2
  Ground peanuts 200 Gram, roasted
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Make 1/2" cubes from beef.

MAKING
2) Using electric blended blend onions, garlic, lemon grass, red chili, assam Java and turmeric to a smooth paste.
3) In a skillet heat oil and fry blended ingredients in it.
4) Add beef cubes and fry for 5 minutes.
5) Mix ground peanuts.
7) Stir in brown sugar, salt, pepper and beef stock. Simmer for 1 hour.

SERVING
8) Serve hot.
