Fresh Tomato Sauce With Sesame Oil

Ingredients
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped tomatoes 1 Pound
  Peeled chopped onion 1 Medium
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Muscovado sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed bay leaf 1
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a food processor, finely blend the tomatoes and onion.

MAKING
2) In a shallow microwavable casserole, pour the tomato-onion puree, add sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, bay leaf, thyme and microwave covered for 3 minutes.
3) Fold in the mixture once halfway between the cooking time.

SERVING
4) While serving this Fresh Tomato Sauce, you may strain the herbs out.
