Barbecue Basting Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 6 Ounce
  Tomato puree 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix the tomato juice and puree, Tabasco sauce, lemon juice, mustard and pepper sauce together.

SERVING
2) Baste the poultry or fish with the sauce while barbecuing or broiling, as required.
